Workshop Content

Yoga Workshop Alex MedinThis is a unique opportunity to come and learn the classical yoga as thought by T. Krishnamacharya and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In this workshop we will focus on the healing aspect of the breath. How to heal imbalances of tension and strain in the physical body and find greater clarity in the mind. The workshop will also incorporate traditional Yoga philosophy that highlights “yoga as a way of life”. You will learn how to improve the physical postures, how to breath a little deeper and calm our restless mind. Most importantly you will examine yoga as a tool to find greater clarity from within. The workshop is open to all levels of Practitioners.
